BULL Membership

By becoming a member of the Be Ultra Living Ladies (Team BULL), you are not only helping to support the content and activities I offer, but you are joining an amazing community of local and online women just like you who want to get out and challenge themselves to become their absolute best!!  This membership provides you with easily accessible information, strategies and techniques to improve your daily life and become your ULTRA self.  I am using my expertise to empower women by taking all the researching and guessing out of your day to provide the easiest access to self improvement.  By utilizing the skills, techniques and growth mindset that I will be providing you will amaze yourself with who you become!  


Fitness is a HUGE component to how I have managed stress and wellness my whole life.  I'm obsessed with the idea of creating an environment for WOMEN ONLY of all ages, sizes and abilities to feel comfortable with challenging themselves, trying new things and committing to INVEST IN YOU!

Membership Includes:

  • Access to our members only private Facebook group where I will be posting regular training tips, mindfulness and mindset tips, monthly workout challenges for you to complete on your own or with friends, connection with other members from TEAM BULL and local women to train with, sharing additional articles related to physical and mental fitness, videos and more!
  • Weekly group workouts: Saturday morning runs, Thursday morning track/stair workouts with 30 minute strength session (workouts are subject to change with seasons)
  • BULL Membership weekly plan:

                  Monday- Posted strength workout for the week

                  Tuesday- Nutrition mindset/tips/meal prepping, etc.

                  Wednesday- Mental Motivation with a quote, article, podcast or book that will provide

                  you with ways to cultivate and improve your mental fitness

                  Thursday- Weekly check in for the team to discuss struggles, challenges, progress,

                  successes or anything that you want to discuss with the team.  This is our time to use

                  each other as sounding boards and provide our individual skills to help each other

                  grow and overcome our inner battles...WOMEN EMPOWERING WOMEN!

                  Friday- We will end the work week with a mental or physical challenge geared toward

                  improving self confidence and/or self compassion

  • Free or discounted access to special programs, courses and events (see below)
  • 15% discount for Accountability Coaching for individuals with a membership
  • Sharing of articles, books, podcasts, etc. related to physical and mental fitness
  • Videos related to fitness, mindfulness, mindset, nutrition, self compassion, time management tips and more
  • I'm working on creating partners for discounts on gear, wellness packages, events, nutrition, etc. STAY TUNED for partner connections!! 
  • Members are entered into our quarterly giveaways for BULL gear, wellness packages, empowerment baskets, nutrition products and more!
