Fitness is a HUGE component to how I have managed stress and wellness my whole life. I'm obsessed with the idea of creating an environment for WOMEN ONLY of all ages, sizes and abilities to feel comfortable with challenging themselves, trying new things and committing to INVEST IN YOU!
Monday- Posted strength workout for the week
Tuesday- Nutrition mindset/tips/meal prepping, etc.
Wednesday- Mental Motivation with a quote, article, podcast or book that will provide
you with ways to cultivate and improve your mental fitness
Thursday- Weekly check in for the team to discuss struggles, challenges, progress,
successes or anything that you want to discuss with the team. This is our time to use
each other as sounding boards and provide our individual skills to help each other
grow and overcome our inner battles...WOMEN EMPOWERING WOMEN!
Friday- We will end the work week with a mental or physical challenge geared toward
improving self confidence and/or self compassion
