Join the Women's Empowerment Retreat to cultivate your inner greatness. This retreat will teach you ways to implement healthy habits into your daily life. The main focus will be to empower your mind, body and spirit. You will take time to reflect and restore yourself to improve your connection with nature, the one's you love and most importantly YOU! This retreat will focus on mindfulness practices, internal reflection and yoga for relaxation. You will celebrate your strengths and leave with goals to take action on and feeling empowered to make yourself a priority. You will find your true center and will connect with the world in a way that will make a positive difference.
Retreats are currently on hold but considerations will be made to continue in the future.

12pm- Arrival at the Mowdy Mustang Ranch. Find your bunk, get settled and mingle.
12:30-1:00pm Group hike to get out the jitters and get the blood flowing.
1:00pm-2:00pm Lunch- Introduction to the retreat and to each other.
MINDFULNESS PRACTICE #1 Gratitude for Food...followed by guided JOURNAL EXERCISE #1 Setting Intentions
2:00pm-4:00pm Dream Maker Activity and goal setting! Identify YOUR strengths and develop a plan for YOUR DREAM that you can start to take action on. This activity will help improve awareness, improve acceptance and take action to help set daily accountability to help you follow through with our goals and dreams for the next year. MINDFULNESS PRACTICE #2 Optimism
4:00-5:00pm Free time to reflect, connect, watch the wild horses, rest or whatever you need to fill your spirit.
5:00pm-6:30pm Yoga for STRESS RELEASE followed by MINDFULNESS PRACTICE #3 Self Compassion
6:30pm-7:30pm Free time to relax, take a walk and enjoy yourself and others
7:30pm-8:30pm Dinner with a Nutrition speaker to discuss cultivating nutrition for health and strength and learning to love your body.
8:30pm- 10:00pm Dessert and Herbal Tea by the Bond Fire!! Spend the rest of the evening relaxing together at the bond fire, hanging indoors in the Great Room or Game Room or reflecting on your own.
7:00am-8:00am Morning Mindful Hike
8:00am-9:30am MINDFULNESS PRACTICE #4 Mindful Eating followed by Breakfast
10:00am-11:30am Yoga for BALANCE, aroma therapy and BALANCE mindfulness practice
12:00pm-1:30pm Lunch leading into final guided JOURNAL EXERCISE #2 The Power of ME
1:45-3pm Rock Empowerment Exercise and Breathing Techniques to De-Stress followed by open discussion of your experience, ways you will implement what you've learned and goals going forward
3pm-4pm Closing of the retreat, Gifts, Exchanging contacts and good-byes
This retreat is at the amazing Mowdy Mustang Ranch which is 5000 acres of wooded hills and open valleys. This is home of hundreds of wild mustangs.
The lodging for bunk registration is $225. Bunk private room (only one room) is $250. Private rooms (2 available and each room sleeps 2) is $250. The bunk room has one full bathroom. There is an extra half bathroom in the game room next door to the bunk. This setting allows for a really intimate experience with a group of incredible women all coming together to be better. We will utilize the space in the bunk rooms to assure that there will be enough space for social distancing.
There are 2 private rooms available with a full bath and two beds. If you have a friend or family member that you want to room with please consider this option. These are first come first serve, so if you are interested please register ASAP. We will have the entire lodge to ourselves for the weekend so that each of you can feel open to BE YOU! This retreat is focused on cultivating empowerment within and creating a community of women empowering women.
The facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, large game room, spacious dining area and satellite television, game room and outdoor fire pit.
