Women's Retreat- Empowering your mind, body and spirit

Retreat Details

Join the Women's Empowerment Retreat to cultivate your inner greatness.  This retreat will teach you ways to implement healthy habits into your daily life.  The main focus will be to empower your mind, body and spirit.  You will take time to reflect and restore yourself to improve your connection with nature, the one's you love and most importantly YOU!  This retreat will challenge you mentally and physically.  The challenges are carefully thought out to help you tap into that inner greatness that needs to be nourished.  You will celebrate your strengths, embrace your weaknesses and leave feeling empowered to make yourself a priority.  You will find your true center and will connect with the world in a way that will make a positive difference.

2020's Retreat Itinerary

Saturday 10/24/20

10am- Arrival at the Mowdy Mustang Ranch. Find your bunk, get settled and mingle.


10:45am-11:45am Group hike to get out the jitters and get the blood flowing.


12:00pm-1:30pm Lunch- Introduction to the retreat and to each other.  Set intentions and goals for your experience. Guided JOURNAL EXERCISE #1


2:00pm-4:00pm Physical activity developed to really challenge your physical and emotional wellness.  In this activity you will learn the burdens of holding on to fear, pain, stress and anything else that is keeping you from becoming who you REALLY want to be. 

 

4:00-5:00pm Free time to reflect, connect, watch the wild horses, rest or whatever you need to fill your spirit.


5:00pm-6:30pm Dinner with a Nutrition speaker to discuss cultivating nutrition for health and strength and learning to love your body.


6:30pm-7:00pm Free time and prep for yoga session


7:00pm-8:30pm Yoga for STRESS RELEASE followed by guided JOURNAL EXERCISE #2 


Spend the rest of the evening relaxing together by the bond fire, hanging indoors in the Great Room or Game Room or reflecting on your own.

Sunday 10/25/20

7:00am-8:00am Morning hike


8:00am-8:45am Breakfast


9:00am-10:30am Meet in Great Room for guest speaker to discuss Mindfulness and Growth Mindset and ways to implement these skills in your daily life.

 

10:45am-11:45am Yoga for BALANCE


12:00pm-1:30pm Lunch leading into final guided JOURNAL EXERCISE #3 followed by open discussion of your experience, ways you will implement what you've learned and goals going forward.


2pm-3pm Final group activity outdoors (Willow in the Wind) focused on letting go, courage and connection


3pm Evaluation of the retreat, Gifts, and Exchanging contacts and good-byes


Retreat Details

This retreat is at the amazing Mowdy Mustang Ranch which is 5000 acres of wooded hills and open valleys.  This is home of hundreds of wild mustangs.  


The lodging for regular registration is in two bunk rooms that sleep 8 people.  Each bunk room has its own bathroom.  This setting allows for a really intimate experience with a group of incredible women all coming together to be better.  We will utilize the space in the bunk rooms to assure that there will be enough space for social distancing.  


There are 2 separate rooms available that each sleep 4 total.  If you have a smaller group of ladies that want to sleep in a private room together please consider up-pricing for these rooms.  The price of the privacy room is slightly more at $200 total for registration.  These are first come first serve, so if you are interested please email me at beultraliving@gmail.com to reserve.   We will have the entire lodge to ourselves for the weekend so that each of you can feel open to BE YOU!  This retreat is focused on cultivating empowerment within and creating a community of women empowering women.  


The facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, large game room, spacious dining area and satellite television, game room and outdoor fire pit.  


Please email me at beultraliving@gmail.com if you have a specific diet or allergies to foods (vegan, gluten free, peanut allergy, etc.) so that we can prepare for your dietary needs.

- No Judgement for yourself or others

- No Comparison to others...your journey is YOURS and comparing yourself to others will not       improve your path to YOUR greatness
